ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker
The ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker is a high-speed industrial delta robot that has been optimized for packaging and picking applications. It is capable of faster picking applications and has been designed for packaging applications.
- The robot has exceptional motion performance with the shortest cycle times and precise accuracy for payloads from 1 to 8 kg.
- The IRB 360 family includes variants with payloads of 1 kg, 3 kg, 6 kg and 8 kg and reaches of 1130 mm and 1600 mm.
- The robot is equipped with a standard tool flange for mounting larger adjustable grippers, allowing efficient handling of flow-wrapped products at high speeds from an indexing belt.
- The robot also features integrated vision and indexing belt control software.
The ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker is powered by the OmniCore C30 controller which offers best-in-class motion control, speed and path accuracy. The OmniCore C30 controller offers a 50% reduction in size compared to the IRC5 controller, which lowers the total development cost and total cost of ownership.
