Yaskawa Motoman HC30PL collaborative robot
The Motoman HC30PL is a human collaborative robot with a payload capacity of 30 kg and a maximum reach of 1700 mm. It is especially suitable for fenceless palletizing applications, as it combines safe and high-speed operation. The robot is specifically designed for palletizing and features a plug-and-play tool flange based on EN ISO 9409-1 to facilitate selective handling and packaging. Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology constantly monitors force to enable safe human-robot interaction, and the robot can easily switch between collaborative speed in PFL mode or full speed in industrial mode (depending on risk assessment and process requirements) as production demands change. The robot also features an IP67 rating and an easy-to-clean surface for ease of use in sanitary environments. In addition, the HC30PL includes NSF H1 grease for use in facilities where there is the possibility of incidental food contact.
