ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker

The ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker is a high-speed industrial delta robot that has been optimized for packaging and picking applications. It is capable of faster picking applications and has been designed for packaging applications.

The robot has exceptional motion performance with the shortest cycle times and precise accuracy for payloads from 1 to 8 kg.

The IRB 360 family includes variants with payloads of 1 kg, 3 kg, 6 kg and 8 kg and reaches of 1130 mm and 1600 mm.

The robot is equipped with a standard tool flange for mounting larger adjustable grippers, allowing efficient handling of flow-wrapped products at high speeds from an indexing belt.

The robot also features integrated vision and indexing belt control software.
